AGM Details

We're kicking off our AGM off with a welcome address from Jasmeen Virk, ISA Calgary Section 2022/2023 President. Following this we'll introduce our 2023/2024 Board, review our financials, and close with a question & answer period.

Technical Talk Overview

This Technical Talk will commence with an introduction and broad overview of Battery Energy Storage Systems. Next, we'll explore use cases and applications. From there, learn about automation's role in this trending technology (think PLC and SCADA), plus hear real life examples of problems that have emerged and how they were solved. 

Meet Our Speaker

Adam Eliason, Offering Manager, Experion Energy Control Systems, Honeywell

Adam Eliason is an Offering Manager with Honeywell Process Solutions, responsible for Experion Energy Control Systems and storage. He has over ten years of experience with the Project and Automation Solutions group in Honeywell with previous roles as a project automation engineer in oil and gas, and the SCADA and controls subject matter expert for the Honeywell Energy Storage Solutions group. Adam has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta, and is an MBA candidate at the University of Calgary.
